Gifts from non-believers

Source: Al-Ladjnah ad Dâ'imah Fatawa Muhimmah lil-Muslim al-Jadid
Question: Is it permissible to accept a gift from a neighbor who is an infidel? Is it permissible for a Muslim woman to show her face in front of such a woman? Is it permissible to bring trade with infidels?
Answer: You should treat the well treating oneself well, even if he / she is Christian. If they give you a permissible gift, you should respond in kind. The Prophet (sallallahu aleihi wa sallam) received a gift from the Roman leader who was a Christian. He also received a gift from a Jew.
Allah says in the Quran (in importance):
"Perhaps Allah in His Omnipotence let friendships arise between you and those you now see as your enemies: Allah is ever forgiving, merciful. Allah does not forbid you to show mercy to not fight you because of [your] faith and do not drive you out of your homes, and [he forbids you not] to react with fairness and impartiality - Allah loves those non-partisan. "
[al-Mumtahana 60:7-8]
And it is permissible for you (Muslim woman) to show up for such a woman in the same way that you show up for Muslim women, that you show your face and your dress and so on.
This is the strongest view of the two that the scholars agree. And you can buy what you want from them if it is permissible things
