Question:

If a woman dies during her pregnancy, she should be counted as martyrs?

Answer:

If she dies after the baby started to be formed (i 4 months) she is a martyr to what is her reward in the next life but you should still wash her and pray over her. The same applies to those who died by drowning, race, plague or were killed because of their religion (Islam) or money, and the like.
