Question:
What is the appeal to say, "Fate wanted"? For example, it is said, "I wanted to visit him, but fate wanted something else."
Answer:
It is not permissible to documents for the properties so that it says "Fate wanted", "Allah would like to" or similar. On the other hand should we say "Allah wanted" and "Allah (subhânahu wa Ta'al) decided".
The documents must be attributed to Allah, His attributes are not
