Author: Shaykh Muhammad bin Salih bin 'Uthaymîn Question: What is the appeal to kill the non Muslims who have been promised security in Muslim countries? Answer: Religion of Islam, which Allah has chosen for this nation respects the promises and pacts. This is justice, truth and goodness of religion. Allah says:
"Believers, do not try to deceive Allah and His Messenger and svik not knowingly the confidence you may receive."
(8:27)
Islam is a religion that denies deceit, deception, lies and other immorality. The Prophet (Salla Allahu 'alayhi wa sallam) warned against these immoral qualities and said: "If a person possesses four characteristics, he is an absolute hypocrite. He has, however, only one of these qualities in themselves, possess he hypocrites acting until he does get rid of it:
When he promises something, he breaks the promise, when he speaks, he is lying when he closes a deal, he breaks the and when he was debating with someone exceeds his limits. " To respect the agreements and pacts are one of Islam's mightiest moral applications while it is one of the worst immorality of breaking them, and this is something Islam warns Muslims.
The biggest betrayal is that it kills the Allah has forbidden to be killed. The types of people that Allah has forbidden to be killed are: Muslims, Non-Muslims under the protection, Non-Muslims have been negotiated with and Non-Muslims as Muslims were promised security. If a person manifests that he is a Muslim, his life may not be violated whatever sins he is doing, because neither the Qur'an or the Prophet (Salla Allahu 'alayhi wa sallam) Sunnah has given no authorization to do so. Similarly to this Court under the auspices of non Muslims and non Muslims with whom there is negotiation.
The Prophet (Salla Allahu 'alayhi wa sallam) said: "Whoever kills a person who has been promised security shall not be familiar fragrance of Paradise though its fragrance has a distance of forty years." He also said: "A Muslim has the opportunity to repent until they kill someone, he has been forbidden to kill."
Thus makes it clear that the patronage was blood is illegal to spill and killing them is a grave sin, because the Prophet (Salla Allahu 'alayhi wa sallam) said that a person who kills them shall get to know the smell of paradise, that he will never get enter into it. As regards those who were promised safety, Allah says:
"If anyone of the idolaters seek protection from you, give him your protection, so that he may hear the words of Allah, for him then to a place where they are safe."
(9:6)
The Prophet (Salla Allahu 'alayhi wa sallam) said: "Muslims are equal in to give promises. The lower can take it while the higher will respect it. The Muslims who break a promise to get Allah, His angels and all mankind curse on himself and not his mandatory or optional documents will be accepted. "
(Al-Bukhari and Muslim)
Umm Hani 'came to the Prophet (Salla Allahu' alayhi wa sallam) after the conquest of Makkah and told him that her brother 'Ali was intended to kill a man she had promised security. Then said the Prophet (Salla Allahu 'alayhi wa sallam) that her promise is his pledge. Thus, it is not permissible to kill non-Muslims residing in our countries and have been promised safety. Consequently, the aggression against the people who were promised safety, an aggression against Sharî'ahns regulations. Source: Al-Daawah, pp. 26, no. 20, Rabi II 1424 H / June 2003
