BIBLE SPEAKS TO WASH BEFORE PRAYER
2 Genesis 40:30-32
He put the tank between the tabernacle and the altar and filled it with water for washing. There used since Moses, Aaron and his sons washed their hands and feet. When they would go into the tent of meeting, or come near to the altar, they washed themselves, so that the Lord had commanded Moses.
