This question is about a group of Muslims living in the same area as Christians. Is it permissible for a Muslim to visit a Christian if he becomes ill? And if he dies, it is permissible for a Muslim to follow his funeral?
If a Muslim does these things when he commits a sin or not? Answer: All praise belongs to Allah. Muslims can not follow their funeral. However, it is not wrong to visit them.
In fact, this could lead to the positive outcome that his heart is closer to Islam. But if he dies as an unbeliever will be his destination to be hell-fire. Why not ask a Muslim for him when he dies.
Allah knows best.
