Can I marry someone who does not pray?

Question:

I have received permission from the country to marry a woman who lives outside of Saudi Arabia. I have heard a fatwa that says that marriage to a woman who performs the prayer is not invalid. Fatwa Is this correct?

Answer:

Yes, this Fatwa is correct. If there is a marriage contract between two spouses and one performs the prayer is not considered marital not be accurate. This is due to the non-performs the prayer of infidelity based on the Prophet (Salla Allahu 'alayhi wa sallam) words (of importance):

"The pact between us and them is the mission of prayer, that leaves it has blasphemed."

"Between a man and disbelief is that you fail to perform the prayer." Based on this, it is mandatory that only married women conducts prayer.
