Hadj with haram money.

Q:

What about a person whose income is haram and that made Hadj with her daughter or son with this money? Will be accepted on or must he do about it?

Answer:

If he is confident that the money he spent is haram, and was aware that the Hadj with stolen money is invalid and not forget where this money came from when he did so is his Hadj Hadj invalid.

This is the famous view from the Madhab of Imam Ahmed. But if anything of these conditions, it is his Hadj correctly. So if the person making Hadj not aware of the origin of money, or did not know that even Hadj is invalid with haram money, so is his Hadj correctly.

Though there are some scholars who believe that even Hadj is correct, even if those conditions are met and
