45:7-9
Arma, lying sinner who, when he hears God's message read out to him, hiding behind an arrogant dismissive attitude, as if he had not heard anything! Let him know that [he must have endured] the suffering!
And for those who, when he becomes aware of any of our message, joking it off is a humiliating punishment [of emergency].
